Out On A Limb formed during the banquet at Area 2 contest in 2018, when Diane Fagerstrom, tenor, brought together Diane Reynolds, lead, Cathy DeCoste, baritone, and Joanne O’Connor, bass. After singing a few songs and realizing how well their voices went together, they were hooked!

Their very first performance was at AC&C 2019 where they sang two humorous songs with a baseball theme. Since then, they have realized they really love comedy! They won the Rae Borror Award for Most Improved Quartet in 2022 and in 2024.  Additionally, they won the Most Improved Quartet in Performance in 2022 and the Voices of Experience Award for highest-scoring Senior Quartet in 2024. They hope to continue entertaining audiences -- and having a great time while doing it -- well into the future!
